II. Product introduction (PE pipe)
Polyethylene PE pipe is produced according to GB/T13663-2000 standard. By the raw material grade of polyethylene PE, it is divided into PE80 pipe and PE100 pipe. Its specification is De20-De630mm and nominal pressure is 0.4-1.6MPa. Thanks to its excellent properties, polyethylene PE pipe can still maintain good toughness at -70oC, with small friction resistance and wearing resistance, while its service life is up to 50 years. Polyethylene PE pipe is applicable to the municipal water supply and drainage, fiber optic cable sheath and other fields. Meanwhile, it is also the best choice for trenchless pipe.
 
III. Product features (PE pipe)
◇  Health and non-toxicity: This product is an environmental protection building material and it is used in the drinking water pipeline system. Its health indicators meet the requirements of GB/T17219 standard.
◇  Low temperature resistance: Low embrittlement temperature of polyethylene is -70oC.Under the normal conditions, no special protective measures need to be taken in the construction and it is convenient for construction in winter. Thanks to its good impact resistance, no brittle cracking would occur to the pipe.
◇  Corrosion resistance and free of fouling: Without polarity, PE molecules feature good chemical stability. Except for a few strong oxidizing agents, most of the chemical media cannot destroy it. It won’t breed bacteria nor scale. Its circulation area will not decrease with the increase of running time.
◇  Stress resistance: PE features low notch sensitivity, high shear strength and excellent scratch resistance, and also very prominent resistance to environmental stress cracking performance. ◇  Wear resistance: The wear resistance of PE pipe is 4 times better than that of steel pipe.
◇  Flexibility Due to its flexibility, it is easy to bend PE pipe. In the engineering construction, it can bypass the obstacle by changing the direction of the pipe.
◇  Water flow resistance: PE pipe is characterized by smooth inner surface and minor flow resistance. Compared with other pipes in the same caliber, its flow is greater.
