I. Applications of submersible plug flow  aerator
  
Submersible plug flow  aerator s are widely used in aeration tanks for biochemical treatment process of various sewage treatment engineering, aerated grit chambers,  pre-aeration tanks, aerobic de-nitrification tanks,  aeration oxygenation mixture and oxygen enrichment of farming ponds  

II. The principles of submersible plug flow  aerator

Working principles: The structure of centrifugal submersible plug flow  aerator is directly connected, and the product is the self-suction aerator. The centrifugal force, produced by high speed rotating impeller, creates the strong negative pressure at the impeller inlet, to suck in air and water, together with air and water upon certain proportion in mixing chamber. The mixture ejects in the tangent orientation of impeller through the flow passage under the strong centrifugal force, and diffuses in the circumferential direction, making the water flow into the convective circulation. Meanwhile, the fine tiny bubbles larger than surface area, with slow rising velocity, ensure fully mixture with water, so as to achieve efficient aeration effect.  

III. Features of submersible plug flow  aerator

1. With unique design of air-mixing chamber, it intakes a large volume of air, realizing effective mixing and high oxygen utilization rate;
2. The gas-liquid mixture is discharged at special angle out of the air mixing chamber, which can turn the water flow into spiral shape in the horizontal direction and then flow upward, which plays a role of agitation during aeration;
3. The body is submerged in the water, with no noise. Intake pipe above water can be set with muffler, to enhance the muffling effect.  
 
IV. The structure features of submersible plug flow  aerator

1. With self relocation and easy installation, it can be freely arranged without interruption of process;
2. Compact design structure, with self-suction, makes it unnecessary to connect external air source;
3. Less footprint and low noise is realized through the diving operation of host machine;
4. It can be used directly in the oxidation pond, saving capital construction costs;  
5. Independently mobile aeration device can also mix during aeratio;  
6. Chassis can be designed specially according to user requirements.
